NOTE: Most GPS, including Google Maps, will direct you to a location in the center of the town of Shickshinny. This is not correct. We are actively working to fix this with Google, but, in the meantime, please follow the directions below.

If you’d like to use GPS to get to camp, the coordinates to the top of our camp road are 41.119988, -76.280446
Camp is approximately 1.25 miles down the dirt road from this location.

FROM EAST: Take Rt. 80 west to exit 256 (Conyngham). Bear right off of ramp onto Rt. 93. Follow Rt 93 into Berwick (approximately 9 miles). Going through the 1st light at the bridge, swing into the right hand lane (to keep going straight). Go straight at the next 2 lights and continue until the end of the ‘islands”. At the end of this street, bear right onto Summerhill Ave. **Continue on Summerhill Ave into Briar Creek Township(will turn into Summerhill Rd (SR 1025), then into Foundryville Rd, and back into Summerhill Rd.). The entrance to camp will be about 5 miles from the “Briar Creek Township” sign. Camp entrance will be on your right as you go up the Jonestown Mt. (NOTE: follow signs to “Jonestown”- not Shickshinny).

FROM WEST: Take Rt. 80 east to exit 241B (Berwick). Turn left getting off the ramp onto Rt. 11. Follow Rt. 11 into Berwick. As the road turns to “one way” stay in the left hand lane. Turn left at Mulberry St. (Intersection after Dunkin Donuts). Go 2 blocks and turn right onto 3rd Street. At the first stoplight on 3rd, turn left onto Market Street. Follow Market street to the end and bear right onto Summerhill Ave. See ** above.

FROM SOUTH: Take Rt 81 north to the Rt 80 junction. Turn right onto Rt. 80 West. At the first exit (exit 256) bear right off of the ramp onto Rt. 93. . Follow Rt 93 into Berwick (approx 9 miles). Going through the 1st light at the bridge, swing into the right hand lane (to keep going straight). Go straight at the next 2 lights and continue until the end of the street. At the end of this street, bear right onto Summerhill Ave. See ** above.

FROM NORTH: (Wilkes Barre) Take Market Street into Kingston (Wyoming Ave - Rt 11). Follow Rt 11 South into Berwick. On the “one way” stay in the right hand lane. At the traffic light at the intersection with Market Street turn right. Go straight until Market St. ends and bear right onto Summerhill Ave. See ** above.
Shortcut: Follow Rt 11 South into Shickshinny. Turn right onto Butler Street. Continue onto Grant Street. Make a slight left onto Shickshinny Valley Road. At a “T” intersection go straight onto Knob Mt. Road. At the stop sign turn right onto SR 1025 (towards Jonestown). In approx. 1.7 miles turn right onto Camp Louise.

NOTE: Camp Road is 1.25 miles long. Keep to your right while driving on the road (15 mph). Continue on the road until you arrive at the Parking Lot. (CAUTION: there is a sharp right hand curve toward the bottom of the road.)
